Our tasks and competencies:

 

The Infrastructure unit in Slovakia is fully integrated into the pan-European development and support of all Infrastructure services provided by the RWE Group.
Infrastructure services are provided on the basis of quality assuring and certified processes, while focusing on efficiency, cost optimisation and especially the satisfaction of our partners.

 

Our goals:

 

  • compliance with the plan and costs of the Delivery Units in agreed qualities and delivery times;
  • effectiveness of the general processes in the operation and administration of centralised and decentralised IT solutions;
  • proposal of efficient solutions to company's partners using the latest IT technology;
  • having the best IT experts with specific know-how in our area, involved in interesting international projects.

In order to bundle the functional requirements, the Infrastructure unit is structured into two main organisational units:

 

Infrastructure Development deals with Client&Server and WEB solutions, applies network solutions with emphasis on security of our Enterprise&Data systems.


We employ IT experts in the area of:

  • Windows servers;
  • Windows Clients;
  • SAP Basis;
  • Database solutions;
  • Mobile devices;
  • Network and Firewall solutions;
  • Communication solutions / Telephony;
  • Security solutions;
  • WEB solutions and development.

 

Customer Services is part of the pan-European single point of contact for all kinds of incidents and service requests thus providing day-to-day support for end users.

We are responsible for the receipt, clarification and control of equipment requests and co-ordination of requests from customers.

Our “Build Services” focus on the planning and enhancing of concepts for automated software package allocation via the remote mechanism and the execution of single or mass software installations.

 

We employ IT experts in the area of:

  • Software and hardware;
  • Customer support on 1st and 2nd level;
  • IT development.
