In every career phase we analyse and develop potential of our employees and support them by obtaining respective competences.

The employees of the company RWE IT Slovakia have access to the internal as well as external education not only in the technical, but also in other cross-sectional fields. We pay attention to the continuous development of the technical knowledge as well as of the so called soft skills. If needed, the employees have the possibility to develop their social competences such as teamwork, time management or the orientation towards the customer.

Depending on individual needs, we also provide our employees with language education, particularly in German and English.

Further development of our employees is carried out through the so called development programmes that are intended for various job categories.
